Annual Report 2025
This report captures the activity and progress of a third year in which BCN Port Innovation has put to the test everything it had built. Last year we spoke of entering a stage of maturity. This year we have had to prove it: taking our programmes from paper to the field, opening new fronts (while driving forward the ones we already had) and confirming that we are now a necessary tool that the Port of Barcelona relies on.
It has been a year of growing and validating at once; of bringing people together and shaping a way of working; of watching projects take root, attract investment and spark interest beyond Barcelona. That is why this report aims to convey the energy of an ecosystem that moves, takes risks and innovates with the future of our port and our planet in mind.
